Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • A Relentless, Never-Say-Die Attitude: You are tenacious, resilient, and internally motivated to succeed.
  • Proven Sales Hunter Experience: 1+ years in a recruitment, business
    development, or internal sales role where you were responsible for generating your own leads and closing deals.
  • Cold Calling Mastery: You are fearless and effective on the phone.
  • Exceptional English: World-class written and verbal communication skills are nonnegotiable. You must be able to write compelling copy and articulate value with precision.
  • Amazing Time Management: You are a master of prioritisation and can juggle multiple high-stakes tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with recruitment databases (ATS/CRM). Experience with AI tools is a huge plus.
  • Unshakeable Confidence: You have a positive outlook and see challenges as opportunities to prove your skill.
Job Responsibilities
  • Head Hunter: You don’t just post ads; you actively seek out and engage the best talent in the market, convincing passive candidates that they can’t afford to miss our opportunities.
  • Detective: You’ll dig deep, using your investigative skills to uncover new client leads, identify key decision-makers, and understand market dynamics better than anyone else.
  • AI Prompter: You’ll leverage the latest technology and AI tools to work smarter, not just harder, optimising your search for candidates and clients with cutting-edge techniques.
  • Ad Writer: You’ll craft compelling, attention-grabbing job ads and outreach messages that cut through the noise and attract A-players.
  • Customer Service Guru: You’ll ensure every client and candidate has an
    exceptional experience, building a reputation for excellence that keeps them coming back.
  • Admin Wizard: You’ll manage a fast-paced workflow with flawless organisation, keeping our systems updated and processes running smoothly.
  • Spearhead New Business: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through relentless cold and warm calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Dominate the Phones: Introduce s8’s services with confidence and build a robust pipeline of new clients.
  • Unearth Top Talent: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, our network) to find and engage high-calibre candidates.
  • Qualify & Conquer: Conduct sharp, insightful screenings and interviews to build powerful talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Manage the Process End-to-End: From the first call to the final offer, you will drive the recruitment cycle with urgency and precision.
