The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, supporting business operations, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine care factor.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software XERO.
- Willing and able to demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures (reconciling bank accounts, issuing invoices, entering bills, allocating expenses, End of month procedures).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Know their way around apple products (MacBook).
Job Responsibilities
- Checking & updating contact cards for suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Processing bank payments.
- Reconciling supplier statements of accounts.
- Data entry
- Prepare and send invoices.
- Enter and code supplier bills.
- Pay supplier bills, reconcile payments, and send remittance advices.
- Account receivables, monitor account receivables and follow up overdue invoices for timely payments.
- Complete End of Month reconciliations.
- Identify and address discrepancies.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable – weekly.
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
