Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised Business Administrator with strong project management experience to support Cassette Advisory behind the scenes. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating our advisory projects across the Foundation, Alignment, and Rebuild pathways, scheduling presentations and meetings, preparing agendas and minutes using supplied information, and ensuring the senior advisory team delivers work on time and on budget.
This is a detail focused operational role that ensures our advisory engagements run smoothly from planning through to delivery.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Mid – Senior Level : At least 3-6 years of experience.
- Technical & Tools Proficiency: Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Slack.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Strong project management experience in a professional services or agency environment.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Confident communicating with senior leaders and holding them accountable to deadlines.
- Experience using job management, time tracking, or project systems.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at once.
- Professional written communication including agendas, minutes, and structured documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination:
● Build and maintain project plans for all advisory engagements across Foundation, Alignment, and Rebuild pathways.
● Track milestones, risks, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
● Ensure projects are structured and aligned with our job system and scopes of work.
● Prepare weekly status updates for the senior team. - Scheduling and Administration:
● Coordinate and schedule client presentations, workshops, internal planning sessions, and team meetings.
● Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes using supplied content and templates.
● Maintain calendars and proactively identify schedule gaps, conflicts, and priorities. - Accountability and Delivery Management:
● Work closely with senior advisory leads to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
● Monitor time tracking and scope allocation within the job system and raise issues early.
● Follow up on overdue tasks and maintain accountability across the team. - Documentation and Organisation:
● Maintain organised project folders, documentation, and version control.
● Prepare presentation outlines, handovers, and administrative materials.
● Support workflow improvements that strengthen advisory operations.
