Job Qualifications/Requirements

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Passion for delivering high-quality client experiences and outstanding customer service.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with Google Workspace applications or Microsoft 365.
- Previous experience managing email and phone inquiries.
- Business administration experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliation, and tracking financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the clinical team.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, phone, and chat channels.
- Deliver timely and helpful responses to address customer concerns and maintain a high-quality client experience.
