Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in MYOB and Xero, and the ability to manage financial records accurately while maintaining excellent communication with clients and staff. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficiency in MYOB – particularly data entry, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Xero – particularly data entry, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
  • Experience with Xero Tax.
  • Ability to respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to follow instructions from staff and work collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to client and internal emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform accurate data entry using Excel and accounting software (MYOB and Xero).
  • Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and process invoices.
  • Chasing outstanding Invoices.
  • Take messages and handle phone communications professionally.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Working with Clients and reminding them of Lodgements.
