Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our management team across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills. This role requires accuracy, initiative, and the capacity to handle a variety of financial and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Xero, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process weekly Payroll for all staff in Xero ensuring all hours and commissions are accurately entered.
  • Perform weekly bank and account reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and lodge weekly superannuation contributions accurately and on time.
  • Support BAS preparation and collaborate with the accountant as needed.
