Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Xero, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process weekly Payroll for all staff in Xero ensuring all hours and commissions are accurately entered.
- Perform weekly bank and account reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and lodge weekly superannuation contributions accurately and on time.
- Support BAS preparation and collaborate with the accountant as needed.
