Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized B2B Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing and lead sales efforts for a hospitality operations software company. The ideal candidate will handle follow-up sales (no cold calls), manage CRM updates, and execute EDMs using tools like Mailchimp. This is an intermediate-level role with direct client communication, requiring someone who is eager to learn, asks questions, and thrives in a structured, supportive environment. You’ll be working with a team that serves major global hotel brands and will receive full onboarding and content support.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Marketing or sales support role, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Written communication skills with attention to tone and clarity (all relevant content will be provided).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Job Responsibilities
  • Marketing (35%):
    • Create, design, and send professional EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) using tools such as Mailchimp, BPN CRM, or similar.
    • Develop customer-facing email communications and update templates for product updates, onboarding, and announcements.
    • Maintain and segment CRM/email lists based on customer type, geography, or activity.
    • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of regular newsletters and product communications to existing customers and leads (content will be provided).
    • Assist with formatting presentations (PowerPoint), one-pagers, and marketing collateral for sales use.
    • Track email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Lead Sales Support (65%):
    • Manage incoming leads and qualify them according to predefined criteria.
    • Regularly follow up on provided lead lists (no cold sales calls required).
    • Prepare proposals, quotes, and demo meeting materials.
    • Maintain CRM records, ensuring all lead data is up to date and well organized.
    • Assist in following up with prospects after demos or email campaigns.
    • Coordinate online onboarding calls and handovers to BPN operations staff.
    • Generate regular weekly activity reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
