The Assistant Project Manager (Constructor) supports the Operations Manager in delivering new WrkPod site developments and facility upgrades across multiple locations. This role involves assisting with project planning, construction oversight, documentation, compliance coordination, and contractor management. The Assistant PM will play a vital part in ensuring WrkPod construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
This role is suited for an early to mid-career construction professional looking to build experience in project management within a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in construction or site development preferred.
- Familiarity with Philippine building codes, permitting processes, and safety standards.
- Experience with construction documentation and basic project management tools.
- Organisational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication: Clear, concise communication with both internal teams and site contractors.
- Attention to Detail: Precise in tracking plans, permits, and project records.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with site drawings, building systems, and construction practices.
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and accepts direction.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Support & Planning:
● Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets under the direction of the Project Manager.
● Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for planning.
● Help prepare draft project plans, risk registers, and resourcing schedules.
● Participate in planning meetings and capture action points for follow-up. - Construction Oversight:
● Support on-site supervision of construction and renovation works.
● Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
● Monitor day-to-day site activity and report progress or issues to the Project Manager.
● Help coordinate equipment and materials delivery and storage. - Regulatory Coordination:
● Assist in acquiring permits and submitting documentation to LGUs and regulatory bodies.
● Help maintain records of permits, approvals, and inspections.
● Track compliance with DOLE and OSH guidelines under supervision. - Cost & Resource Tracking:
● Support budget tracking and cost monitoring activities.
● Maintain procurement logs and assist with comparative pricing and purchasing.
● Document vendor quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules. - Quality Assurance:
● Conduct preliminary site inspections and support QA checklists.
● Ensure implementation of safety practices on-site.
● Collect and archive test reports, compliance certificates, and as-built documentation. - Documentation & Reporting:
● Maintain project files and ensure version control of key documents.
● Help prepare and distribute progress reports and site photos.
● Record lessons learned and suggest areas for improvement in coordination processes.
