Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or property, with basic finance knowledge, and experience in using CRM tools such as HubSpot and G Suite. This role involves managing inbox inquiries, responding on behalf of the Salesperson, engaging with clients, verifying leads, and booking appointments.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate or property sectors, with basic finance knowledge.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or other CRM systems, and G Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively engage with clients and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to set appointments and engage proactively with clients
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the inbox, responding to inquiries via email, text, and phone calls on behalf of the Salesperson.
  • Maintain engagement with potential clients through written conversations and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Ensure that leads are genuine and qualified before scheduling appointments.
  • Book appointments for Tolga to close deals, coordinating schedules efficiently.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to re-engage clients and nurture leads.
  • Provide quick and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
  • Other Ad Hoc Tasks given by the Management
