This role involves managing inbox inquiries, responding on behalf of the Salesperson, engaging with clients, verifying leads, and booking appointments.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or property sectors, with basic finance knowledge.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or other CRM systems, and G Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to proactively engage with clients and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the inbox, responding to inquiries via email, text, and phone calls on behalf of the Salesperson.
- Maintain engagement with potential clients through written conversations and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Ensure that leads are genuine and qualified before scheduling appointments.
- Book appointments for Tolga to close deals, coordinating schedules efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up communications to re-engage clients and nurture leads.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks given by the Management
