The Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office or department. This individual provides essential administrative support, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business by managing daily tasks and facilitating communication.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both in Verbal & Written.
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have at least 3-6 months work-related experience.
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Able to take the initiative
  • Fast learner
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with 3-6 months of work-related experience will be preferred
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus
  • Passion for Retail Property, Leasing, and Sales

  • New Business Data Compilation – Microsoft Excel & “Zoho”
  • New Tenant Data Compilation – Microsoft Excel & “Zoho”
  • Flowcharts for processes and systems
  • Financial Analysis – Sales and leasing campaigns – Microsoft Excel
  • Preparation of Agency Agreements – “Realworks”
  • Travel Bookings – Flight Centre Business
  • Insurance Quotes
  • Warranty Claims
  • Business Equipment Quotes
  • Preparing Expense Reconciliations – “Expensify”
  • Project Management & Training Tasks
  • Preparation of Training Materials
  • Company Marketing Assistance – Canva, Social Media, LinkedIn
  • Marketing Campaign Assistance – Canva, realcommercial.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au, Signage and Photography Quotes, Leasing Brochures, Information Memorandums
  • Website Management
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the leasing team by managing databases, executing marketing initiatives, creating presentations, conducting research, and offering analytical insights, enabling team members to focus on generating new business and closing leasing deals.
