Departure Pets, a leading pet travel company, is expanding its team to include an International Pet Travel Consultant for our offshore location. Dedicated to ensuring the safe and smooth transportation of pets worldwide, we uphold values of Care, Compassion, and Empathy in every relocation journey.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Support to join our dynamic offshore team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in preparing quotes for clients’ pets and overseeing compliance and administrative tasks related to checking paperwork and international health certificates.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Enthusiasm for the pet travel industry and a dedication to excellent customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in paperwork and compliance checks
  • Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a travel or logistics setting
  • Familiarity with international regulations and requirements related to pet travel
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in computer applications and administrative tools
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare accurate quotes for clients’ pets’ international travel
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and requirements
  • Conduct thorough checks on paperwork and international health certificates
  • Assist with administrative tasks to maintain organized records and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, airlines, and other stakeholders as needed
