The Administrative Assistant provides crucial support to ensure the office or department runs effectively and efficiently. They play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall success of the business by managing daily duties, facilitating communication, and ensuring organizational tasks are completed in a timely manner. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Desirable but not required: 3-6 months of work-related experience
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to take initiative
  • Fast learner
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and filter emails, handle customer service inquiries, and maintain the calendar.
  • Update CRM contacts, organize files on Dropbox/G Suite/Google Drive, and manage spreadsheets.
  • Enter data in Microsoft Office/Google Docs, create presentations, and document internal processes.
  • Create reports, assist with proposal and quote preparation, and update system information.
  • Conduct online research, perform data mining, and generate leads.
  • Post and schedule updates on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Edit and proofread marketing emails.
  • Perform simple graphic design tasks and basic photo editing.
  • Manage projects, prepare training materials, and assist with training tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties, run personal errands, and provide support to the Office Manager and Sales Director.
