Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, data processing, or financial services role (experience in SMSF administration is highly desirable but not essential).
- Very strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in internal and external correspondence.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial platforms (experience with Asana and Google Suite or similar is advantageous).
- Ability to create and follow company workflows to ensure efficient and consistent task execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and financial records within company systems.
- Review and validate documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in processing SMSF-related transactions, rollovers, and compliance documentation.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and financial platforms (experience with Asana and Google Suite is advantageous).
- Provide administrative support to sales and client-facing teams to streamline operations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external third parties to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and support business operations.
