Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in administrative support (eg. Data entry, invoicing).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Technologically adept with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in accounting or familiarity with finance tools such as Xero is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage delivery dockets using vWork.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain various spreadsheets to ensure records are current and organized.
- Assist with invoicing in Xero.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling ad hoc tasks as required.
