We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help with our daily tasks and support our current Administrative Assistant. The role involves handling data accurately and keeping things running smoothly

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience in administrative support (eg. Data entry, invoicing).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Technologically adept with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in accounting or familiarity with finance tools such as Xero is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and manage delivery dockets using vWork.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain various spreadsheets to ensure records are current and organized.
  • Assist with invoicing in Xero.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling ad hoc tasks as required.
