Our organization is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant. This position is integral to the efficient operation of our gym, providing vital administrative support and contributing to overall business effectiveness.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably, 3-6 months of work-related experience.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage email correspondence and filter spam.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Schedule appointments and manage reminders.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages from various platforms.
  • Request and manage online reviews and feedback.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Set reminders for important events and milestones.
  • Organize files and documents using Dropbox, G Suite, and Google Drive.
  • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets.
  • Create and manage documentation using Google Sites.
  • Develop flowcharts for processes and systems.
  • Assist with project management and training tasks.
  • Prepare training materials.
  • Collaborate with the website team to update website content.
  • Review and update Google profiles and listings.
  • Learn and utilize various software tools for administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and post updates on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
  • Upload videos to YouTube and repurpose content across platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Edit and proofread marketing emails.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to develop content for emails and social media posts.
  • Assist with reconciling transactions in accounting software.
  • Generate and send invoices.
  • Manage receipt issuance to customers.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
