Job Responsibilities
- Checking that correct number of photos and floor plan have been returned each day, and that special requests have been completed, before releasing them to the clients.
- Ensuring that booking entries match what has actually been delivered.
- Sending redo requests to the appropriate teams and following up on their completion.
- Answering Customer Service Emails/ Enquiries and taking bookings.
- Appointment Setting (following up with leads from website to book initial appointment).
- Management of active Matterport spaces (touching base with clients about which properties have sold and can be archieved).

- Report Creation
- Blog and social posts preparation (with help of custom gpts) and publishing.
- Basic graphic design
- Basic photo manipulation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
