We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities include maintaining databases, handling email inquiries, assisting with customer service, managing enrollments and purchases, preparing documents and resources, updating social media, and providing general administrative support to the Academic Group.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain neat and orderly records.
- Understanding of the education system and its processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong spelling and grammatical skills to ensure professionalism in written communications.
- Proficiency in computer and online skills, including database management and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with various computer programs and willingness to learn new software as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases by accurately entering data from various forms and documents.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing correct information about programs, and sending confirmation emails.
- Handle enrollment and purchase processes, entering information into the system (Zero), and ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare class lists, registration lists, and confirmation letters efficiently.
- Keep the teacher and school databases up to date with accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and resource materials for educational programs.
- Upload teacher materials for online courses and distribute them to students as needed.
- Support administrative functions of the Academic Group, including but not limited to filing, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Update social media platforms with relevant content and engage with the audience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and effective communication within the organization.
