Job Description

The administrative assistant provides crucial administrative support for the office to run effectively and efficiently. They contribute to the overall effectiveness of the business and help manage daily duties.

As a Marketing Assistant at Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care and Big Hearted Education, you will be essential in supporting our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our small team in various aspects of marketing and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to our projects.

  • Must possess Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus

  • Attention to detail
  • Monday, Canva, Google Drive and Kajabi experience
Job Responsibilities
  • Email Management (Filtering Emails/ Managing Spam)
  • Database Management (CRM Management/ Updating contacts)
  • Reminder Services
  • Google Drive Organisation
  • Data Entry in Google Docs
  • Creating/ Managing Spreadsheet/ E. Excel
  • Google Sites (Documentation of internal processes and procedures)
  • Flowcharts for processes and systems
  • Video and Audio Transcription
  • Report Creation
  • Online Research
  • Blog Publishing (uploading content only)
  • Personal Errands (purchasing gifts online, etc)
  • Project Management & Training Tasks (In Monday.com)
  • Preparation of Training Materials (In Canva)
  • Posting and scheduling Facebook insights/ Social Media Updates
  • Linkedin Posting
  • Editing/ Proofreading Emails
  • Basic graphic design
  • Basic Photoshop/ Cropping, adjusting image size, adjusting brightness,
  • Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
  • Contribute to the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
  • Help coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Creating monthly reports based on visit notes provided.
  • Following up on compliance requirements through Monday.com
  • Reading and creating reports based on responses from Educators
  • Email clients based on rejection of payment reports
  • Sending client onboarding information
  • Edit podcast
  • Create social media tiles and posts for podcast
