As a Transport and Logistics Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and departmental operations. You’ll provide essential administrative support, contributing to our overall effectiveness and success in the transportation and logistics industry.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic logistics and transportation terminology is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in a transport and logistics environment is desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 3-6 months of work-related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to new tasks and environments.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Organize and manage company documents, records, and files.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing client-related documentation.
  • Coordinate responses to client needs with other departments.
  • Assist in tracking shipments and managing documentation.
  • Support data entry and record-keeping for inventory and transportation activities.
  • Coordinate transportation schedules and routes.
  • Support the Warehousing team with data entry and inventory control.
  • Assist the Bookings Team with new order processing and document collection.
  • Ensure compliance with Biosecurity Documentation.
