- Ability to understand and apply compliance to processes and procedures.
- Excellent administrative and follow up skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms, LEAP and / or Hubspot CRM software is highly advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance via phone and email.
- Providing support for practices in opening file records, document drafting and management, form requests and maintenance of client and matter records.
- Utilise LEAP for Practice Management and HubSpot CRM to manage client interactions, track case progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including recording billable hours, preparing invoices, and tracking payments.
