Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (an Associate’s degree or relevant certification with substantial experience may be considered).
- Proven experience in invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Simpro is a PLUS.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Initiative-taking with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions, manage invoices, reconcile statements, generate reports, and assist with tax filings and audits.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Manage emails, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Update and maintain CRM databases, ensuring accurate contact information.
- Organize files in Dropbox, G Suite, and Google Drive, and perform data entry and document management tasks.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Post and schedule updates on social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Edit and proofread emails, ensuring high-quality communication.
- Perform basic design tasks, including simple photo editing with Photoshop.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
