Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Google Suite, Xero, and other relevant software is beneficial but not required (training will be provided).
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline support for client interactions, ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service via phone and email.
- Manage new enquiries and client onboarding process, including promptly responding to leads, following up, and preparing proposals and engagement letters.
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including meeting coordination, diary management, email management, and document preparation
- Perform ad hoc data entry and data management projects as directed by the Director.
- Proactively monitor shared email accounts and take necessary actions.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system.
- Assist with general finance and accounting admin tasks using Xero.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero, such as processing expense invoices and bank reconciliations.
