Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Excellent English communication – both written and spoken.
- Someone who is highly organised and self-motivated.
- A fast learner with the ability to pivot quickly.
- A go-getter with a “no task too small” mindset.
- Previous virtual assistant experience is essential.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Calendar & Email Management: schedule meetings, manage calendars, send reminders, and maintain CRM contact records.
- Document & Data Handling: organize files, perform data entry, format documents, and create presentations.
- Marketing Support: transcribe content, conduct research, generate reports, upload blog posts, and assist with basic website updates.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: schedule posts via Metricool, support LinkedIn/Facebook content, edit marketing emails, and help set up email campaigns.
- Design Assistance: create basic Canva graphics and edit images as needed.
- Project & Admin Support: assist with training materials, small errands, and ad hoc tasks for the Marketing Director.
