Job Responsibilities
- Database Management (CRM Management/ Updating contacts).
- Answering Customer Service Emails/ Enquiries.
- Calendar Management (Sending Meeting reminders to clients and CEO).
- Appointment Setting, Reminder Services & Dropbox Organization.
- Data Entry in Microsoft Office/ Open Office/ Google Docs.
- Creating/ Managing Spreadsheets/ Excel.
- Preparing PowerPoint/ Keynote Presentations.
- PDF Conversion, Splitting/Merging.
- Google Sites (Documentation of internal processes and procedures).
- Creating flowcharts for processes and systems.
- Simple eBook Layout or Formatting (Basic/Using templates).
- Report Creation, Online Research & Data Mining/ Lead Generation.
- Blog Publishing (uploading content only).
- Personal Errands (purchasing gifts online, etc).
- Project Management & Training Tasks.
- Preparation of Training Materials.
- Posting and scheduling Facebook insights/ Social Media Updates.
- LinkedIn Management.
- Editing/ Proofreading Emails.
- Basic graphic design.
- Basic Photoshop skills (cropping, adjusting image size, adjusting brightness, contrast – no advanced photo manipulation).
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing materials.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and responding to comments.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and potential target audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics.
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns.
- Help coordinate and promote company events and webinars.
