We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the growing operations of Q15 — a strategic business unit under the Simply Headsets umbrella.
This is not your average VA role. You’ll be working closely with our GM (Dan) and the broader Simply Headsets team to support product and pricing admin, customer order processing, and internal coordination across suppliers, systems, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Are confident with Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Can communicate clearly and confidently in English (written and spoken).
- Have prior experience in sales admin, pricing admin, or B2B customer service.
- Are familiar with common industry jargon: SKU, margin, markup, vendor, disty, etc.
- Have worked with tools like Cin7 (DEAR), Magento, Missive, or similar; or are quick to learn them.
- Are curious and eager to understand how things work (and how to improve them).
- Have great attention to detail; catching inconsistencies and asking good questions.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Fulfilment Admin:
● Manage sales inbox (First Level Customer Enquiries)
● Enter new customer orders into our systems (Generating quotes in software – Cin7 (DEAR).
● Generate and submit purchase orders to distributors.
● Track order fulfilment progress and coordinate with couriers/distributors if needed.
● Update customers on fulfilment status where required. - Product & Pricing Support:
● Checking stock availability in supplier spreadsheets and portals.
● Cross-check pricing logic for margin, GST, freight, and vendor guidelines.
● Maintain Q15 Website Content (where required). - Back-of-House Admin Support:
● Organise and manage Dan’s inbox (first-level email triage).
● Maintain and update internal records.
● Run daily or weekly reports from systems like Cin7 (DEAR) and Excel.
● Manage Accounts Receivables.
● Provide administrative support for ad hoc tasks and business development projects.
