We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised VA to support both our internal business operations and client projects. This person will become a trusted team member, assisting with backend tech tasks, marketing support, admin, and system implementation. This role is suited to someone with initiative, creativity, and solid execution skills.
The right person will be proactive, tech savvy, with a creative eye for design, a clear communicator and highly organised.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Ideally 2 years experience as a Virtual Admin/ Marketing Assistant.
- Industry specific experience in online course launching is highly regarded.
- Proficient user of Kajabi, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- Strong design skills for on-brand content.
- Organised, dependable, and able to self-manage repetitive business processes with autonomy.
- Ability to follow SOPs and contribute to creating SOP’s and refining internal systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Kajabi Builder:
● Kajabi project tasks such as web build packages, opt in set up, lead magnet funnels, landing pages, offers and products (Courses, Memberships, Podcasts, Blogs) SEO settings and automations.
● Kajabi Email Marketing: (broadcast emails and email sequences) tagging, segmenting, light copywriting, formatting and scheduling.
● Kajabi events set up
● Payment gateway set up
● Domain set up
● Integration with apps such as zapier - Graphic Design:
● Design graphics and documents using Canva (lead magnets, carousels, slide decks, infographics, guide e-books, images for kajabi pages etc.). - Marketing Assistance:
● Social Media Content Support: caption writing (with the help of ChatGPT), image formatting, content planning for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
● Content repurposing
● Scheduling social media content
● Marketing metrics and insights tracking - Administrative Support:
● Internal task and project management, managing repetitive business processes with autonomy.
● Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation.
● File organisation and maintenance of Google Drive
● Creation and maintenance of Monday.com boards including automations and integrations.
● Email Management: inbox organisation, response drafting, filtering, task assignment
● Basic IT troubleshooting
