- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Previous experience in admin, customer service or marketing is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- General administrative duties.
- Customer service and client communication.
- Using Go High Level as a CRM.
- Assisting with basic automations and workflow setup.
- Assisting with basic digital marketing (social media, emails, content scheduling).
- Working with Practice Management software (Clinico) *training provided.
