We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Admin / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working across both administration and marketing tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident user of technology and open to learning new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Previous experience in admin, customer service or marketing is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties.
  • Customer service and client communication.
  • Using Go High Level as a CRM.
  • Assisting with basic automations and workflow setup.
  • Assisting with basic digital marketing (social media, emails, content scheduling).
  • Working with Practice Management software (Clinico) *training provided.
