We are seeking a proactive Admin & Marketing Assistant who can confidently manage data entry, customer service correspondence, simple design tasks and social media posting. Strong English communication skills both written and spoken are essential.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong English (written & spoken).
- Experience in data entry and customer support.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and posting.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Corel or similar tools).
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Strong work ethic, initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Administration & Data Entry:
● Enter and update product information, pricing and customer details.
● Maintain spreadsheets, order logs and internal documents.
● Maintain customer portal with products and custom logos.
● Assist with managing quotes, orders and supplier information. - Customer Service:
● Respond to emails and online enquiries in clear, professional English.
● Assist customers with order updates, follow-ups and general support.
● Communicate with New Zealand team members as needed. - Basic Graphic & Creative Tasks:
● Resize, edit, and prepare artwork for branding jobs.
● Create basic mock ups of logos on products.
● Create simple social media graphics and blog visuals.
● Nice to have: ability to vectorise logos or clean up artwork files. - Social Media & Marketing Support:
● Draft and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
● Assist with writing short blogs, captions, and promotional content.
● Update website content, product descriptions, and SEO keywords (nice to have). - Accounts & Software (Nice to Have):
● Experience using QuickBooks / Reckon accounts, or similar systems.
