Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly. You’ll be involved in a mix of administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks — from managing ASIC lodgements and entity setups to maintaining data accuracy and supporting daily business activities.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (experience with ASIC or similar compliance work is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with business compliance or company registration processes is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
  • ASIC Lodgements: Managing and submitting various ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) forms, including business registrations, updates, and compliance documents.
  • Entity Setups: Assisting with the establishment of new entities, including company registration, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time management for the team or executives.
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure consistency and availability of information.
  • General Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day administrative assistance, including document preparation, filing, handling correspondence, and supporting various office functions.
