Job Description
The Accounts & Compliance Assistant supports the Compliance Officer and Accounts Officer with accounts and compliance tasks. The Accounts & Compliance Assistant will be highly attentive to details, possess critical and analytical skills, and is trusted with handling sensitive and confidential information. The Accounts & Compliance Assistant will work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure compliance requirements are met from a HR, legal, work health & safety and clinical perspective. The Accounts & Compliance Assistant will work closely with the Accounts Officer to ensure timely processing of invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, timesheet and payroll related tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Human Resource & Service Delivery Compliance:
• Review and maintain team member compliance, in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, maintenance and offboarding compliance requirements.
• Review clinical documentations (treatment notes, assessment forms, and home safety assessment forms) to ensure quality of documentation is compliant with regulatory & legislative requirements – Provide feedback to team members and management if required.
• Ensure service delivery is compliant with the service agreement of partners of TCMM.
• Other tasks delegated by the Compliance Officer. - Accounts & Contracts:
• Assist with processing invoices for accounts receivable.
• Assist with processing of team member timesheets and pay runs.
• Assist with processing of new and renewal of partner service agreements.
• Assist with onboarding of new partners on IT Systems (Visual Care & Xero).
• Other tasks delegated by the Accounts Officer. - General:
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Clinical Services & Operations Manager from time to time.
• Contribute to the achievement of the TCMM strategy through participation in special initiatives and programs.
• Build the skills and capabilities of self and others.
• Comply with TCMM policies and procedures at all times.
• Demonstrate behaviours in accordance with TCMM’s values of Commitment, Respect, Service, Trust and Care.
