Shimmer Glass and Pressure Cleaning is a leading facilities management company based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in high-end commercial glass and pressure cleaning services. With an extensive clientele including prestigious brands like Anglicare, Westfields, UNSW Village, Novotel, and Mercedes, Shimmer is renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our close-knit Filipino team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Account Executive will lead a team of two Account Executives and a Sales Support person, playing a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership experience as a senior account executive in a similar industry.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, exceeding daily quotas.
  • Possess proficiency in Sales CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, HubSpot, Keap).
  • Be adept at preparing quotations and managing administrative tasks using MS Office, Google Workspaces, etc.
  • Have expertise in job scheduling and managing field technicians software like ServiceM8.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a positive, nurturing personality.
  • Bring drive, ambition, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Be reliable and thrive while working from home with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
  • Leading and overseeing a team of a Sales Support Person and two Account Executives.
  • Ensuring all account executives meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Managing large commercial contracts with strata companies, retirement villages, schools, and hospitals.
  • Deepening relationships with key commercial clients to drive repeat business.
  • Developing strategies to generate rebooking of existing accounts.
  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email.
  • Converting leads into scheduled jobs using CRM and job management systems.
  • Preparing detailed quotations for clients and ensuring budget and time requirements are met.
  • Efficiently scheduling residential, commercial, and strata cleaning jobs across Sydney.
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely job completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolving customer complaints and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Monitoring team performance and suggesting innovative ideas for sales growth and customer experience enhancement.
  • Reviewing and addressing negative feedback and proposing solutions for improvement.
  • Analyzing sales reports and reporting on sales results to management.
  • Providing expertise to grow the sales team and overall sales of Shimmer.
