We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Dumaguete. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
As a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help us build a high-performing workforce by identifying top talent within Dumaguete and neighboring provinces.
This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of recruitment experience who is familiar with the local talent landscape and ready to take on a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (preferably in a BPO or high-volume setting).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dumaguete talent market and local sourcing channels.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience using recruitment tools or social media for professional sourcing.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Preferred (Nice to have):
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Background in mass hiring or ramping accounts.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Attraction:
• Utilize various channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, local referrals, and job fairs) to source qualified candidates.
• Post and update job advertisements on internal and external platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles. - Screening & Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment assessments (typing tests, aptitude tests, etc.) if applicable. - Candidate Management:
• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification for shortlisted candidates. - Administrative & Reporting:
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Prepare daily or weekly recruitment reports (e.g., number of hires, fallout rates, sourcing effectiveness).
• Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documents.
