- Be Honest and Confident: During the interview process, answer questions truthfully and project confidence.
Recruitment Process:
- Profile Completion: Fill out your profile on app.wrkpod.com.
- Initial Contact: Wait for a call from our recruitment team. Patience is important, as we receive many applications daily.
- Interviews: After passing the initial interview, you’ll proceed to the Willo interview. If you’re not successful, you can reapply after 3 months.
- Final Interview: After completing the Willo interview, you will advance to the client interview stage. If the client doesn’t select you, don’t worry—we will re-profile you with another client up to five times to maximize your chances of getting hired.
