Now you’re in, let’s immediately look at the logistics for the event so you can plan your flights and accommodation. First and foremost, we want you to read the all-important Master Plan below. This will walk you through the main flow of the experience and help you to make decisions around a couple of the variations and options you have available. After that, we are going to look at available airlines to book your flights and also the options that you have for accommodation.

Dates & The Master Plan

The iGROW Conference runs over two half days and sits inside an entire week of planned and unplanned activities. To explain, let’s run through the entire experience, and we’ll explain everything.

  • May 30 (Saturday): Arrival & Orientation

    Arrival and Rest
    A dedicated day for our clients to settle into Dumaguete, find their bearings, and recharge for the transformative week ahead.

  • May 31 (Sunday): Wellness & Welcome

    6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Welcome Drinks at Bahia
    Kick off the week with a celebratory gathering for all clients. Enjoy the ocean breeze and connect with fellow business owners.

    Complimentary transportation provided from your hotel to the venue.

  • June 1 (Monday): Strategic Alignment

    Work or Play with your Team
    Use this day for high-level internal meetings, team culture workshops, or local exploration.

  • June 2 (Tuesday): iGROW Conference Day 1

    9:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Venue: The Brooke’s Place:
    A full day of immersive learning featuring expert keynote speakers and collaborative workshops designed to spark innovation.

  • June 3 (Wednesday): iGROW Conference Day 2 & Celebration

    9:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Venue: The Brooke’s Place
    Our second day of up-skilling features 4 additional powerhouse speakers and team-building activities.

    6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | The Client Dinner
    An exclusive, upscale dinner for clients held at La Mensa. Celebrate the breakthroughs of the last two days over a meal.

  • June 4 (Thursday): Farewell Festivities

    Morning | Internal Deep-Dive
    Finalize your training, office time, or last-minute strategy sessions with your team.

    5:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Farewell Party
    A grand send-off for all clients and VAs. Let’s celebrate the connections made and the growth achieved.

  • June 5 & 6 (Friday – Saturday): Pickleball & Adventures

    The Tournament
    Join us for the first-ever iGROW Intermediate and Advanced Pickleball Tournament. A fantastic display of athleticism and team spirit.

    Island & City Tours
    For the rest of the weekend, the adventure is yours. Experience the turtles of Apo Island or the mountain beauty of Valencia.

    Water activities and tours at your own expense

PLEASE NOTE: Major decisions such as your flight and accommodation should be made in advance, and done so in consultation with your Filipino-based team. However, smaller decisions such as organizing dinners, activities, and ferry tickets can be made once you are there.

Planning Your Flights

Now that you know the dates and the details of the iGROW Conference, one of your first steps is to book your flights so you can arrive in Dumaguete on Saturday, 30th May or Sunday, 31st May, depending on how long you need to settle. Direct flights are available from most capital cities to Manila and then from there, Dumaguete is a short domestic flight that is approximately 85 minutes.

As for your return flight, if you are planning to watch for the Pickleball Open, you may leave on either Sunday, 7th or Monday, 8th June. And if you are not planning to watch for the Pickleball Open, you will likely leave late afternoon on Friday, 5th or anytime on Saturday, 6th June. Alternatively, you can choose to stay for the weekend and enjoy downtime or relax in a nearby resort for the weekend.
