Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Graphic Design & Website Updates: Proficiency in Canva (or equivalent) to create and tweak visual content, and make changes to our website as needed.
- CRM Management: Navigate and manage our CRM systems, ensuring a smooth lead-to-sale flow and providing daily updates.
- Email & Booking Management: Handle email communications and manage client bookings for classes.
- Video Editing for Social Media: Basic video editing skills to create engaging content for our social channels.
- Social Media Research: Stay on top of social media trends and help us understand what’s performing well to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- In essence, you’ll be our go-to person for keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Understands Brand Aesthetic & Voice: Should have a good eye for design, be comfortable replicating brand style, and can adjust visuals/content to match our luxury–celestial–empowerment tone.
- Strong Communication: Should provide clear end-of-day updates, flag roadblocks early, and confirm task completion (ideally via WhatsApp or similar).
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming emails, responding or flagging items as required. – templates provided.
- Check CRM systems and update lead movement through the pipeline (lead → trial → sale),supplying a short daily report.
- Process class bookings, cancellations, and client access requests.
- Review social media notifications and ensure any client/customer enquiries are actioned.
- Assist with small website updates or content adjustments.
- Maintain and organise task lists, reporting any urgent items or follow-ups.
- Communicate updates and progress to management at the end of day.
- Project-Based / Variable Tasks (as required):
• Design and edit visual content using Canva (or equivalent), including assets for social media, website, or promotional use.
• Perform basic video editing for social media content.
• Conduct ongoing social media research into trends, competitor activity, and high-performing formats.
• Support campaign launches, promotions, or product rollouts (e.g., online programs, workshops, merchandise).
• Update CRM workflows or email automations where needed.
• Assist with marketing copy, scheduling posts, or coordinating customer communications.
• Handle ad-hoc operational support such as inventory tracking, client follow-ups, data entry, or preparation ahead of events or filming days.
