We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to analyse performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies that align with company goals. The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving sales and marketing efficiency, helping to improve processes, and delivering actionable insights to optimise performance.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes and performance.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales and marketing performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for optimising marketing campaigns, sales processes, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives through data analysis and metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales and marketing workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and other processes for efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing functions to optimise lead generation and conversion.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with overall business targets.
  • Analyse past sales performance to help predict future trends and set realistic goals.
  • Analyse past pricing performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyse industry competitors and benchmarks for pricing and prepare recommendations on market performance and opportunities.
  • Support the Marketing team in budget allocation and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams, providing analytical insights to drive better coordination and alignment.
  • Present findings and insights to senior leadership in clear and actionable formats.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to understand ongoing sales and marketing needs and provide support accordingly.
