As our Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability while also executing higher-level operational responsibilities. You will work closely with multiple departments to understand their needs and develop solutions that streamline workflows. This strategic role requires exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and the ability to handle complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-4 years of operations experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expert-level Excel skills including: Advanced formulas and functions (INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested functions), Complex data modeling and scenario analysis, VBA macros and automation, Dynamic dashboards and data visualization and Large dataset management and analysis.
- Proven experience in both system design and higher-level operational execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in an environment with limited structure.
- Experience with project management tools and CRM/ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
- Strong “J” (Judging) preference on the Myers-Briggs personality spectrum (ISTJ or ESTJ traits preferred), demonstrating natural inclinations toward structure, organization, and systematic thinking.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and build operational systems and processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for all operational processes.
- Research and recommend tools and software to improve operational efficiency.
- Train team members on new systems and processes as they are implemented.
- Manage complex operational projects and initiatives.
- Build and maintain sophisticated Excel models for financial and operational analysis.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for operational workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Create executive-level reporting and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex operational issues and implement solutions.
