Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Exceptional phone etiquette, with confidence and courtesy in communicating with diverse individuals, and a positive attitude towards being trained in Australian linguistic skills
- Near-native level of English language skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- A drive to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Ability to readily adapt to change
- A systems and procedures-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using the latest technology and tools
Job Responsibilities
- Using our reservation system to assist customers before, during, and after their stay
- Engaging with customers, team members, and suppliers mainly via phone, as well as email, video message, and SMS
- Processing online bookings, auditing payments, and performing related checks and functions
- Arranging, liaising with, and checking housekeeping daily activities
- Being the hub of the motel’s communication, liaising with onsite reception team members, management, maintenance, housekeepers, and customers
- Completing routine tasks related to the running of the business, such as data entry, working through checklists, placing orders, and assisting the Reception and management in their tasks
- Working on other tasks that will enhance your skills in various facets of small business
