Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Art, Fashion, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads preferred).
- Proficiency on Monday, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Shopify, and Google Suite.
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset for building engaging ad campaigns.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize ad performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and launch digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure ad assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Use Monday for tracking and managing ad build workflows.
- Prepare and organize campaign reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to optimize Shopify integrations for ad performance.
- Utilize Google Suite for communication, file sharing, and collaboration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ad performance issues, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated on platform best practices, advertising trends, and new digital marketing technologies.
