The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting our Senior Travel Managers in setting up and managing our various sports tours. The main role will be around the administration of travel booking, both with suppliers as well as clients. This will involve being involved throughout the whole tour process from planning, management, and operations through to completion and review
The successful applicant will form an important part of our Australian based team and would be involved with regular team meetings and direct liaison with Senior Managers to assist in the administration of their nominated trips
Job Qualification/Requirements
Excellent written communication skills (English)
Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets & Forms
Excellent organisational skills
Good web research skills
Good time management
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
PREFERRED
Any travel management experience, including the use of travel booking tools
Canva design experience
Interest in sport
Job Responsibilities
Tour research – cities, hotels, events, sightseeing etc
Email handing – enquiries & bookings
Setting up booking forms
Setting out promotional materials and working with a Graphic Designer
Management of client bookings
Data entry of client personal details into booking sheets
Booking of hotels, sightseeing, event tickets etc
Setting out tour lists, rooming allocations, itineraries etc
Sending out tour updates to clients
Liaison with Finance / Accounts for invoicing
Feedback forms and client reviews
