We need someone who is very organized, has a great phone mannerand tech-savvy. This will be a heavily based Admin role dealing with clients directly and external stakeholders.
The role will be assistant support for 4 people in the positive property team. Two will be assisting coaching and delivery and the other two will be sales and acquisition. You will bridge the gap from a sale to a customer becoming a client for positive property.

Positive Attitude
Exceptional English, spelling, and grammar.
Experience on the phone with Australian clients.
Admin experience is a bonus

Job Responsibilities
On boarding new clients
Helping them with paperwork
Getting them set up on our systems
Updating the Monday.com system for all coaches with notes and the clients’ history
Updating CRM platform with all notes.
Assisting the client with organizing their building inspections 1 & 2 and ensuring everything is fixed accordingly.
