A Search Engine Optimization Specialist is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing strategies on clients’ websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines.
An SEO specialist will develop content to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to our client’s website.
SEO specialists conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic.
An SEO Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviours of search engines. SEO is an ever-changing landscape, so an SEO specialist needs to be continuously learning and evolving.
Key Responsibilities:

Each SEO professional will manage their own accounts.

Using our SEO management tool you will run initial diagnostics on each account to determine what needs to be done to get the site ranking in the SERPs.

You will be provided with a list of keywords each account should be ranking for and take the steps to get the site’s ranking.

You will also be responsible for running keyword analysis from google analytics in order to determine common trends based on long-tail traffic. This will allow the client to rank for additional keywords.

Our internal SEO tool will determine the current problems with the site in which you are responsible to fix and get moving in a positive direction.

You will be in close contact with your account manager to determine if a site is not ranking for a particular keyword term, or if that ranking seems to be sinking, and also to keep them informed of any work accomplished on the site.

You will be responsible for competitor analysis; our tool allows you to determine who the client’s main competitors are and what steps to take to outrank them.

You will work on link building opportunities.

You will keep an eye on the client’s Google Analytics to determine any trends or issues that need to be addressed on each site. Such as high bounce rate percentage, low traffic Spammy referral sites, etc.
NOTE: This is a work on-site role, full time, dayshift 40 hours a week
