This role is incredibly varied on a day-to-day basis and can be very fast-paced. Someone who can adapt quickly and use their initiative would really excel here. This role provides a combination of day-to-day real estate admin tasks, ensuring that the daily essentials are taken care of and assistance to the sales team, primarily 2 high-performing agents.
- If you have an eye for detail – here is your time to shine! We require a lot of print material drafted & booked. For someone who is comfortable using social media, looking ahead to pre plan is essential & having some experience using InDesign would be to your advantage.
- Attention to detail, a great communicator and very organised would be key for us, as well as the ability to multi task.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:
Capable of all administrative type duties
Be comfortable using social media & boosting ads/ tracking in-sights
The ability to problem solve and a strong communicator
Proficient in Microsoft outlook and be in familiar in inDesign & Canva
Highly organised
Motivated “self starter” who can use initiative and ability to think on their feet

Be very responsive Social media content creation and scheduling/posting
