We are looking for a 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to work closely with our Financial Planners and provide back-office support.

Working closely with financial planners, the Client Services Administrator will work within the business to provide back-office administration and professional support.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
⚈Ensure client data is accurately recorded in all business systems according to agreed processes (CRM Management)
⚈Transcribe voice recorded file notes
⚈Accurate and timely preparation of various reports
⚈Prepare client communication
⚈Ensure applications and other client documentation are completed and lodged according to business processes
⚈Liaise with financial institutions (ie banks, fund managers or insurance providers etc)
⚈Provide back-office administration and support
⚈A degree in Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent)
⚈Relevant working experience (at least 2-3 years) in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Insurance, Bank, or any equivalent
⚈Excellent communication skills
⚈High attention to detail
⚈Knowledgeable in any financial, banking or accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, Peachtree, SAP, Xplan etc (preferred but not required)
⚈Exceptional numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare and analyse a range of financial reports
⚈Willing to undergo a 1-month training
