Job Qualifications

  • A degree in IT is a PLUS but not essential
  • Experienced in Graphic Designing
  • Shopify skills & an understanding of Shopify plug-in apps are a PLUS but not essential
  • Flexible attitude to just “jump in & get things done” (and you are happy to learn a new task via video if needed!!) 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Above-average planning and organizational skills.
  • A creative flare

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and monitor the overall website and product pages
  • Website merchandising/product positioning. Moving products on the website for the greatest engagement for customers – such as ensuring ‘NEW’ catalogue is updated weekly and ‘ALL’ catalogue is based on a mix of new and best sellers at the top.
  • Be familiar with and use inventory apps such as ‘Trunk’ and ‘Carton Cloud’ (used to create bundles and gift packs and ensure our 3rd party logistics company is updated with all the correct info)
  • Reporting top and worst performing products weekly and monthly 
  • Ensure all new images are updated to the website to individual products – once taken by the  photographer
  • Editing, resizing, cropping, renaming photos when needed and ensuring the photo files in Google Drive are organized
  • Creating banners, landing pages, and other misc graphics-focused jobs
  • Update and do basic SEO in Shopify
  • Updating all products ready for Google Shopping – all products need to be put in google categories
  • Take over other ad hoc tasks given by the Director
