Haven creative co is a small business looking for a superstar to assist in graphic design, website, and social media creative and marketing. We have our own publication, email newsletter, and social media management plus a growing clientele we service in content marketing and design.
You will assist the business owner mainly with graphic design and digital /social marketing activities across our three key brands.

Job Qualification/Requirements
Experience with these programs/software will be a big advantage:
2+ years experience in digital and print graphic design
GMAIL
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: INDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Active Campaign
Wordpress
SquareSpace
Shopify
Canva
Teamwork Projects or other Project Management software
Google Suite/Apps and Intermediate MS Office Skills
Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Excellent English communication
Education
Diploma/Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, and/or related will be highly regarded
Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design – you will design for print, digital and social media including flyers, postcards, advertisements, social media graphics/videos/GIFs, websites, mobimag, infographics, media kits, email newsletters, etc. for our haven brands.
You will assist our lead designer with graphic design where needed on magazine projects, email marketing templates, advertisements and content marketing graphics for clients.
Oversee organisation of image library + completed artwork designs
Website content management and maintenance – load content including images and copy. Plus manage updates/backups for all sites
Update blogs/posts as required on websites.
Design and implementation of online lead generation pages + forms linked to our email marketing software.
Collaborate on creative content for our social and email marketing calendars
Assist with loading and scheduling social media posts for our brands and clients (as per brief) on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Assist with commenting, connection requests via social media channels.
Assist with email communications
Any other design, marketing, web duties as required.
Research and document ideas and contacts for marketing
