✔️ Maintain the financial records of MBE Australia, Royalties and Marketing Fund, and corporate stores
✔️ Reconciliation of all bank accounts and PayPal account
✔️ Allocation of bank feeds
✔️ Collection of fees from Franchisees
✔️ Manage the entry of invoices and credit notes
✔️ Payment of weekly payables authorized by the CEO
✔️ Month end reconciliations and entries
✔️ Collection of Royalty Reports from all Franchisees each month
✔️ Monthly invoicing of Royalty and Marketing fees of Franchisees
✔️ Monthly credit card charges for Royalty and Marketing fees
✔️ Assist the CEO in the preparation of budgets
✔️ Financial reports to CEO and Directors as required
✔️ Resolve any issues and respond to queries from e-mails received from MBE Head Office Staff, Franchisees, and external parties
✔️ Preparation of accounts and liaising with Mick regarding monthly BAS
✔️ Preparation of accounts and liaising with Mick regarding year-end
✔️ Manage external finance contractors (Joy)
✔️ New owner training – Finance segment
✔️ Manage conference budget
✔️ Prepare Benchmark Study for all Franchisees for the conference
✔️ Finance presentation at the conference
✔️ Adhoc duties such as setting up Xero and Chart of Accounts for corporate stores, filing applications to the ATO, reporting wages for insurance, etc
