Maintain the financial records of MBE Australia, Royalties and Marketing Fund, and corporate stores

Reconciliation of all bank accounts and PayPal account

Allocation of bank feeds

Collection of fees from Franchisees

Manage the entry of invoices and credit notes

Payment of weekly payables authorized by the CEO

Month end reconciliations and entries

Collection of Royalty Reports from all Franchisees each month

Monthly invoicing of Royalty and Marketing fees of Franchisees

Monthly credit card charges for Royalty and Marketing fees

Assist the CEO in the preparation of budgets

Financial reports to CEO and Directors as required

Resolve any issues and respond to queries from e-mails received from MBE Head Office Staff, Franchisees, and external parties

Preparation of accounts and liaising with Mick regarding monthly BAS

Preparation of accounts and liaising with Mick regarding year-end

Manage external finance contractors (Joy)

New owner training – Finance segment

Manage conference budget

Prepare Benchmark Study for all Franchisees for the conference

Finance presentation at the conference

Adhoc duties such as setting up Xero and Chart of Accounts for corporate stores, filing applications to the ATO, reporting wages for insurance, etc
