We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient virtual assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for repurposing our weekly podcast, client administration, social media scheduling, website management, and behind-the-scenes of our online courses.
Job Responsibilities
General Admin Tasks
– Email management – check, manage and clear each day
– Basic Calendar management
– Generate, reconcile and email client invoices
– Weekly and Monthly Reporting
– Basic video editing
– Customer Database management
– Online research and data gathering
– Adding data to spreadsheets
– Other ad hoc tasks and errands as requested
Clinic Management
– Support consulting dietitian with back-end paperwork and admin
– Creating client consult notes from submitted form
– Saving files emailed by client
– Email clients skin fold report from excel
– Managing client database
Podcast Repurposing
– Transcribe audio using Otter.ai
– Create audio snippets for promotion on social media and schedule using Later
– Create landing page on website
– Create cover art using template in Canva
– Embed player on website
– Upload video to YouTube
– Create weekly email using template
Social Media and Website Management
– Create social media content using templates in Canva
– Scheduling, posting and interacting on Instagram
– Scheduling Facebook posts, re-sharing content, managing Facebook groups
– Managing email database
– Uploading recipe and blog content to the website using Kajabi
– Manage LinkedIn account and profile
– Manage Pinterest account
