iGROW Conference Cancellation & Transfer Policy

For Deposits & Balance Payments

• Your deposit secures your spot at the iGROW Conference and is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due by May 20, 2025. Once paid, it is also non-refundable.
• However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, you may transfer your spot within your organization up to one week before the event by notifying us via email.
  • Examples of transfers:
    • ✅ A staff member leaves, and a new team member takes their place.
    • ✅ You can no longer attend and wish to send a colleague in your place.

• Your full payment is non-refundable.
