iGROW is a unique experience that is open to business owners and their Filipino-based team members. This year iGROW will be held in the city of Dumaguete, between 2-6 June 2025, and it features several highlights along the way.
The first of these is a two-day business conference for your team members, with you ideally present. The conference features no less than 10 amazing keynote speakers and it covers specific topics to inspire and up-skill your team. Speakers listed below.
Second, this is a chance for you to spend quality time with your team. This may be a combination of conducting your own training on your business’s culture, systems, and processes – coupled with enjoying meals and one or two team-building experiences. More on this later.
And finally, on Friday, 6th June, you and your staff will have the option to participate in a personal challenge for charity, which would see you walk or run anywhere between 10-50 km around the nearby island of Siquijor. Again, keep reading for details.

For Business Owners, your package will include tickets to the two-day iGROW Event, a Welcome Dinner at the beautiful La Mensa Italian Chophouse, two lunches with your staff during the iGROW Conference, plus tickets and dinner at our Official After Party. The investment for this is ONLY AU$500 per business owner attending.
For Team Members attending, their package includes tickets to the two-day iGROW Event, two morning teas and two lunches with your staff during the Conference, plus tickets and dinner at our Official After Party. The investment for this is ONLY AU$250 per team member.
In addition, for all of those people participating in the Big S’Cool Walk, the investment is $147 for business owners and team members. This fee is paid separately and once direct costs are covered, all surplus will be donated to underprivileged local schools.

Yes, right now we suggest you book for yourself and all of your current Filipino-based team. Then if you hire more people between now and the conference, you can get more tickets when you need them. Also, while we can’t offer your refund for tickets purchased, you can reallocate your tickets to another person if your team changes.
Yes, you can just send your staff. We will look after them, and they will have a great time. However, without question, the experience will be enhanced with your physical presence. So if you can block the week to be there, that is definitely best. But if you can’t be there, get them tickets for iGROW and we will take good care of them.
Even though WrkPod is the major sponsor and contributor to the event, we subscribe to the philosophy: a rising tide lifts all ships. So the two days of iGROW are open to anyone that has staff, anywhere in the Philippines. In this case, if they’re not based in Dumaguete, you will need to cover domestic flights and at least two nights of accommodation. Yes, it’s an investment, but the increase in performance you get from training your team will make it more than worth it. Plus, domestic flights on AirAsia or CebuPacific are highly affordable, and there is accommodation to suit every budget.
